Liebster Blog Award

Last week was tough. I worked long hours, didn't sleep much and was just plain exhausted. Then on Tuesday I get this wonderful email from Nicole at This Little Momma saying she had awarded me the Liebster Blog Award. It stopped me in my tracks. I felt so honored and blessed that my blog was actually being read. Not only read, but appreciated. This is what she had to say:

Well when I thought my blogging journey was at its all time peak, I get an email on Saturday from Megan at Absolute Mommy saying she had awarded me the Liebster Blog Award as well. Two? I had won twice? My head was spinning. This is what she had to say:

The funny thing is, before I received these awards, I didn't know what the Liebser Blog Award was. Just in case you don't know, let me explain. Receiving the Liebster Blog Award is because someone, who you may or may not know, thinks your blog is worthy of exposure. Its awarded to bloggers with under 200 followers, to promote and encourage new friendships with other bloggers.

She is a military wife currently stationed in Northern Japan. I love reading about the strong, loving relationship she has with her husband. This was perfectly said, "It's never perfect, but I have a wonderful life." Such a positive outlook!

If you've even talked with Cassie, you know she's one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. When I started blogging {just a month ago}, she reached out to me with open arms and helped me with guidance. I'll always be thankful for her.
