Simplicity of Hands {Generations}

Generations
Simplicity of hands. The hands of a great-grandma, grandma, mom, and daughters.
This picture alone, tells a story.

This year, Mother's Day was unlike any other. One that I will always treasure. This year has been extremely difficult for me to watch the woman who raised me, loose her sight to a fight with Glaucoma. My grandmother. The one who used to be the life of the party, and now has to ask what's going on. That's the hard part. She maybe 88 years old, but her mind hasn't changed. She's still as sharp as ever. Just her sight has been taken away.

You would think this would bring down her spirits, and some day's it may, but overall she's joyful. She is a strong woman of faith and thanks God for all the years He gave her sight. We are so blessed to have her in our lives.

Love you Granny.
